1. About This Agreement

1.1 - When you create an account with us, you enter into a legal agreement with Rootz Ltd (referred to as Rootz Ltd, we, or us). We're a licensed gaming company operating under Ontario, Canada laws, with our registered office at Ewropa Business Centre, Level 3-701, Dun Karm Street, Malta. We're licensed and regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

1.2 - These terms and conditions (called "Terms") govern your relationship with our website when you play games licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO").

1.3 - These Terms apply specifically to your use of AGCO-licensed games on our websites ("Website"), including mobile platforms and related web addresses ("URLs").

1.4 - We may update these Terms when necessary. Minor changes take effect immediately when posted. For major changes, we'll ask you to review and accept them when you next log in (see section 3.2).

1.5 - The current Terms remain valid until we post a new version on our Website.

1.6 - While we handle your wallet, deposits, and withdrawals, our liability is limited to money actively being wagered on AGCO-licensed games and local jackpot payments for those same games.

1.7 - These Terms are binding if you participate in AGCO-licensed games on our Website.

1.8 - Please read and understand these Terms completely before accepting them. If you disagree with any part, you must not use our Website.

1.9 - By using our services, you agree to follow these Terms as they may be updated over time. We'll notify you of material changes and ask for your acceptance.

1.10 - These Terms may be available in multiple languages for your convenience, but only the English version is legally binding. In case of conflicts between versions, the English version takes precedence.

2. Key Terms

"You" or "Player" refers to you as the user. "Account" means your player account on our site.

"Bonus" includes all promotional offers that provide rewards, such as welcome offers, deposit bonuses, and free spins.

"Games" include casino games, live casino, sportsbook, and any other games on our platform (including mobile). We may add or remove games at any time.

"Rules" refer to these terms and conditions you agree to when using our site.

"Site" and "Website" refer to our brand platforms, including mobile apps and subdomains.

"Group Brands" refers to products operated in Ontario under Rootz Ltd's AGCO registration.

3. Changes to These Terms

3.2 - We'll notify you of significant changes before they take effect via email or website notice. You must accept material changes before continuing to play. If you don't accept the changes, you can't play but may withdraw your balance.

4. Your Responsibilities

4.1 - Our games are only for users physically present in Ontario, Canada, who are legally allowed to gamble online. We use location detection technology to verify you're in Ontario and will block access if we can't confirm your location. We also detect attempts to bypass location checks.

4.2 - You may only have one account. If you open multiple accounts, we may close them all, void bets, keep funds, and ban you from future play. If we keep one account open, it will be your first account, and we'll charge a 15% administrative fee (minimum $30 CAD) for each additional account.

4.3 - You must be 19 years or older ("legally of age"). If you're underage, you cannot create an account or play games. We may request age verification at any time and can freeze your account until verification is complete.

4.4 - You confirm you're not ineligible to play, meaning you're not:

• (i) Self-excluded from our websites
• (ii) Restricted by court order
• (iii) Excluded under Ontario's Gaming Control Act
• (iv) An officer, director, or partner of Rootz Ltd
• (v) A union executive representing our employees
• (vi) An employee of AGCO-registered suppliers
• (vii) An AGCO member or employee
• (viii) An OLG or iGO employee prohibited from playing

4.5 - You're responsible for ensuring your participation complies with all applicable laws. We're not responsible for any illegal activity on your part.

4.6 - You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and up-to-date. Don't share your username or password with anyone. If your account is compromised, notify us immediately.

4.7 - You cannot transfer funds to other players or receive funds from them. Accounts cannot be sold, transferred, or acquired from other players.

4.8 - You must play on your own behalf, not for others.

4.9 - Your account is for your exclusive use. Don't let others access it. You're liable for all activity on your account, including losses incurred by third parties.

4.10 - Use our website solely for gaming entertainment, not for financial purposes. Gaming should be recreational only.

4.11 - Don't engage in fraud, collusion, or other dishonest activities. Don't use software assistance or hardware devices while playing. We may close your account for such behavior.

4.12 - The money you use must be from legal sources. Don't use our platform for money laundering or other illegal activities. If we suspect misconduct, we may immediately terminate your account and keep your funds.

4.13 - You're responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on winnings according to applicable laws.

4.14 - You understand that gambling involves the risk of losing money and you're fully responsible for any losses. You have no claims against us for gambling losses.

4.15 - Only use valid payment methods that legally belong to you. We may prohibit company credit cards.

4.16 - Our software is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may only use it as permitted by these Terms.

5. Managing Your Account

5.1 - We may close accounts for various reasons, including breach of Terms, suspicious activity, or legal requirements.

5.2 - You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support.

5.3 - Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance according to our withdrawal procedures.

6. Payments

6.1 - We accept various payment methods as displayed on our website. All transactions must be in your name.

6.2 - Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply. Processing times vary by payment method.

6.3 - We may request additional verification before processing withdrawals.

6.4 - We reserve the right to charge fees for certain transactions, which will be clearly disclosed.

12.3 - We're not liable for losses due to internet connectivity issues on your end.

13. Liability Limitations

13.1 - Our liability is limited to the amount in your account balance.

13.2 - We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

14. What's Not Allowed

15.3 - Terminated accounts forfeit all bonuses and promotional benefits.

20.1 - These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding our services, superseding all previous agreements except in cases of fraud.

21. Governing Law

21.1 - These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.

21.2 - Disputes are subject to iGaming Ontario's Customer Care and Dispute Resolution Program. For matters outside this program, Ontario courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Both parties agree to Ontario venue and waive objections to jurisdiction.
